The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action on revisions to the New Jersey operating permit rule (N.J.A.C. 7:27-22.4 and 22.5) as submitted by the State of New Jersey to fulfill the requirements of Title V of the Clean Air Act. The revisions extend the deadlines for the last two waves of permit applications until February 4, 1999 and May 4, 1999, if these applications are submitted in electronic format.
