National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutant Emissions: Group I Polymers and Resins and Group IV Polymers and Resins and Standards of Performance for Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Emissions From the Polymer Manufacturing Industry
Due to an adverse comment, the EPA is withdrawing an amendment from the March 9, 1999 direct final rule for the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP): Group I Polymers and Resins and Group IV Polymers and Resins and Standards of Performance for Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Emissions from the Polymer Manufacturing Industry (64 FR 11536). This amendment deals with the oxygen correction factor requirements when complying with the 20 parts per million by volume (ppmv) control device outlet concentration compliance option for continuous front-end process vents. The withdrawal of the amendment from the direct final rule will only affect sources subject to the Group I Polymers and Resins NESHAP.
