This regulation establishes a permanent tolerance for the residues of dimethomorph, (E,Z) 4-[3-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(3,4- dimethoxyphenyl)-1-oxo-2-propenyl]morpholine in or on potatoes, wet peel and time-limited tolerances for the indirect or inadvertent residues of dimethomorph, (E,Z) 4-[3-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(3,4- dimethoxyphenyl)-1-oxo-2-propenyl]morpholine in or on the cereal grains group for fo12er, forage, grain, hay and straw. American Cyanamid Company requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
