Abstract
EPA is taking final action to approve two State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the state of Iowa. These revisions will strengthen the SIP with respect to attainment and maintenance of established air quality standards and with respect to hazardous air pollutants (HAP). The effect of this action is to ensure Federal enforceability of the state's air program rule revisions.
