Abstract

The EPA is revising the oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) statewide emissions budgets for the 22 States and the District of Columbia that are required to submit State implementation plan (SIP) revisions to address the regional transport of ozone (also referred to as the NO<INF>X</INF> SIP call). These revisions are based on the comments received during the comment period for emissions inventory revisions to 2007 baseline sub-inventory information used to establish each State's budget in the NO<INF>X</INF> SIP call.
