Abstract
We are approving the section 111(d) Plan submitted by the North Dakota Department of Health on October 6, 1998, to implement and enforce the Emissions Guidelines (EG) for existing Hazardous/Medical/ Infectious Waste Incinerators (HMIWI). The EG require States to develop plans to reduce toxic air emissions from all HMIWIs.
