Abstract

This final rule adopts an amendment to the Regulations Governing Equivalent Emission Limitation by Permit proposed in the Federal Register on April 16, 1999 (64 FR 18862). This action amends the rule implementing Clean Air Act section 112(j) to extend the section 112(j) permit application deadline for sources in 7-year source categories until December 15, 1999.
