Abstract
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving the section 111(d) Plan submitted by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the State of Florida on October 28, 1998, for implementing and enforcing the Emissions Guidelines (EG) applicable to existing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfills. See 40 CFR part 60, subpart Cc.
