Abstract
The EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision for the State of Alabama. This revision consists of the 1990 base year ozone emission inventory for the Birmingham marginal ozone nonattainment area. The inventory was submitted to satisfy a Clean Air Act (CAA) requirement that states containing ozone nonattainment areas submit inventories of actual ozone precursor emissions in accordance with guidance from the EPA.
