This regulation establishes a temporary tolerance for residues of aminoethoxyvinylglycine in or on food commodities of the stone fruit crop group. Abbott Laboratories requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996. The tolerance will expire on April 1, 2001.
