This regulation establishes tolerances for combined residues of kresoxim-methyl and its metabolites in or on pome fruit, grapes, pecans, apple pomace, raisins, and meat byproducts of cattle, sheep and goats. BASF Corporation requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996. DATES: This regulation is effective June 10, 1999. Objections and requests for hearings must be received by EPA on or before August 9, 1999.
