This regulation establishes tolerances for the fungicide fosetyl-Al (aluminum tris(O-ethyl phosphonate)) in or on the raw agricultural commodities bananas at 3.0 parts per million (ppm), blueberries at 40 ppm, grapes at 10 ppm, and macadamia nuts at 0.20 ppm. Rhone-Poulenc Ag Company and the Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
