Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is conditionally approving the State Plan submitted by New York implementing the Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfill Emission Guidelines. The State Plan establishes performance standards for existing MSW landfills located in New York State and provides for the implementation and enforcement of those standards, which will reduce the designated pollutants.
