Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving the State Plan submitted by New York to implement and enforce the Emission Guidelines (EG) for existing Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerators (HMIWI). The EG require states to develop plans to reduce toxic air emissions from all HMIWIs.
