Abstract
This action approves the municipal solid waste (MSW) landfill 111(d) plan submitted by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) on April 23, 1998. The plan was submitted to fulfill requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA). The Delaware plan establishes emission limits for existing MSW landfills, and provides for the implementation and enforcement of those limits.
