Abstract

EPA is approving the Nevada State Plan for implementing the emissions guidelines (EG) applicable to existing municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills. The Plan was submitted by the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) for the State of Nevada to satisfy requirements of section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act (the Act).
