Abstract

EPA is approving two State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions that the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (DES) submitted to EPA: New Hampshire's Stage II comparability demonstration submitted on July 9, 1998, and Clean Fuel Fleets opt out submitted on June 7, 1994. The intended effect of this action is to approve both submittals into the New Hampshire SIP. This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
