Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Delaware. This revision establishes and requires the implementation of an enhanced motor vehicle inspection and maintenance (I/M) program in the counties of Kent and New Castle. The intended effect of this action is to approve the Delaware enhanced motor vehicle I/M program as a SIP revision under the Clean Air Act (the Act).
