Abstract

This action approves the section 111(d) plan revision submitted by the State of Maryland regarding revised monitoring procedures test methods used to determine compliance of total reduced sulfur (TRS) emissions from existing kraft pulp mills. The plan revision was submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act (the Act). EPA is approving this plan revision because Maryland's revised procedures meet current EPA requirements for monitoring and testing TRS emissions.
