Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of pyriproxyfen in or on citrus fruits, fruiting vegetables (except cucurbits), tree nuts, almond hulls, citrus oil and citrus pulp, dried. Valent USA Corporation requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
