Approval and Promulgation of Implementation, Plans Oklahoma; Visibility Protection

The EPA is taking direct final action approving a revision to the Oklahoma State Implementation Plan (SIP) involving the Oklahoma Visibility Protection Plan for the Federal Class I area. This action approves the general plan revisions and the long-term strategy and removes the disapproval of the Oklahoma SIP and resultant Federal Implementation Plan (FIP) for failure to meet the Federal requirements. This action does not apply to areas of ``Indian Country'' over which the State of Oklahoma has not demonstrated authority.
