Abstract

EPA is approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of Connecticut. These revisions establish 15 percent rate-of-progress (ROP) and contingency plans for ozone nonattainment areas in the State. The intended effect of this action is to approve these plans in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
