This regulation establishes tolerances for glyphosate (N- (phosphonomethyl)glycine) in or on certain raw agricultural commodities from application of glyphosate in its acid form. Entek Corporation requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
