Abstract
EPA is taking final action to approve revisions to the District of Columbia State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions concern the definitions for thirteen terms used in the new source review regulations. The intended effect of this action is to approve the definitions in the District Of Columbia regulations as revisions to the SIP.
