Abstract

The EPA is approving, by direct final action, a revision to the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County carbon monoxide (CO) State Implementation Plan (SIP). The Governor of New Mexico requested EPA approval of the revision on February 4, 1999. The Governor requested approval of changes and adjustments to the baseline emission inventory, approval of a new Motor Vehicle Emissions Budget, and revisions to budget projections in the CO maintenance plan.
