Abstract
EPA is announcing it is approving an amendment to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP). EPA is approving revisions to Missouri rule 10 CSR 10-3.050, Restriction of Emission of Particulate Matter From Industrial Processes. The effect of this action is to ensure Federal enforceability of the state's air program rule revisions and to maintain consistency between the state adopted rules and the approved SIP.
