This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of the fungicide, cymoxanil, [2-cyano-N-[(ethylamino)carbonyl]-2- (methoxyimino) acetamide], in or on imported tomatoes and grapes. E. I. DuPont De Nemours and Co., Inc. requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
