Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to approve certain portions of the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the state of Missouri and as revisions to the part 70 (operating permits) program. These revisions established emission and service fees for 1997 and 1998 and clarify language regarding reporting requirements, emission calculations and verification.
