Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Delaware State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions consist of amendments to the definitions of the terms ``volatile organic compounds'' (VOCs), and ``exempt compounds.'' EPA is approving these revisions because they make Delaware's definitions consistent with the federal definition of VOCs.
