Abstract
The EPA is approving a revision to the Iowa State Implementation Plan (SIP) which provides for the attainment and maintenance of the sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This revision approves a state Administrative Consent Order (ACO) and Emission Control Plan (ECP) which requires reductions of SO<INF>2</INF> emissions from certain major sources in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Approval of this SIP revision will make the state ACO and ECP Federally enforceable.
