Abstract

This regulation establishes a time-limited tolerance for residues of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in or on soybeans. Industry Task Force II on 2,4-D Research Data requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996. The tolerance will expire on December 31, 2001.
