EPA published in the Federal Register of February 17, 1999, a document establishing an exemption from the requirement of tolerance for residues of the biochemical cinnamaldehyde in or on all food commodities when applied as a broad spectrum fungicide/insecticide/ algaecide in accordance with good agricultural practices. A sentence should have been removed from Sec. 180.1156. This document corrects that section by removing the language.
