This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of Tebufenozide, benzoic acid, 3,5-dimethyl-, 1-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-2-(4- ethylbenzoyl) hydrazide in or on berry (crop group 13), cranberry, and mint. The Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
