Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of pyriproxyfen in or on pome fruits, walnuts and apple pomace, wet. Valent U.S.A. Corporation requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
