This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of the insecticide diflubenzuron (N-[[4-chlorophenyl)amino]-carbonyl]-2,6- difluorobenzamide) and its metabolites, 4-chlorophenylurea (CPU) and 4- chloroaniline (PCA) in/on rice grain at 0.02 ppm and rice straw at 0.8 ppm. Uniroyal Chemical Company, Inc. submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 requesting these tolerances.
