EPA is approving revisions to the Memphis and Shelby County Health Department (MSCHD) ozone (O<INF>3</INF>) maintenance plan. The revisions were submitted by the State of Tennessee, through the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), on September 18, 1997, with supplemental information submitted on June 30, 1998. The MSCHD revised their O<INF>3</INF> maintenance plan by adding new tables which correct errors made in the original base year inventory and maintenance plan. These corrections impact the transportation conformity budget for the greater Memphis Metropolitan Statistical Area.
