Abstract
This action corrects the state effective date for an Alabama regulation that was approved by EPA on December 28, 2005, in connection with our approval of Alabama's Nitrogen Oxide State Implementation Plan (NO<INF>X</INF> SIP Call) Phase II submittal, and that appears in Alabama's Identification of Plan section of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
