Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve a revision to the Maryland State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revision consists of the Nitrogen Oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) allowance allocations for the 2008 ozone season, in accordance with Maryland's approved NO<INF>X</INF> SIP Call trading program. EPA is approving this revision to Maryland's NO<INF>X</INF> Reduction and Trading Program in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act.
