This regulation establishes tolerances for combined residues of myclobutanil in or on hops, soybean seed, soybean forage, soybean hay, aspirated grain fractions, and soybean refined oil. Interregional Research Project <greek-i>4 (IR-4) requested the tolerance for hops and Dow AgroSciences requested the tolerances for the soybean commodities under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
