This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of fenarimol in or on filbert. Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA). Fenarimol was reassessed and approved by the Agency effective August 1, 2002.
