Abstract

The EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Connecticut. This revision establishes early fine particulate (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) transportation conformity emission budgets for the Connecticut portion of the New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island, NY-NJ-CT PM<INF>2.5</INF> nonattainment area. This action is being taken under the Clean Air Act.
