This regulation establishes tolerances for combined residues of tembotrione, 2-[2-chloro-4-(methylsulfonyl)-3-[(2,2,2- trifluoroethoxy)methyl]benzoyl]-1,3-cyclohexanedione and its metabolite (M5); 2-[2-chloro-4-(methylsulfonyl)-3-[(2,2,2- trifluoroethoxy)methyl]benzoyl]-4,6-dihydroxy-1,3-cyclohexanedione in or on corn (field, sweet and pop) and livestock commodities. Bayer CropScience requested those tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
