Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action to approve a revision to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP) to amend the General Conformity Rule to include de minimis emission levels for Particulate Matter 2.5 (PM<INF>2.5</INF>). This update ensures consistency with the Federal General Conformity Rule.
