Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Delaware. This revision pertains to controlling nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF> ) emissions from stationary combustion turbine (CT) electric generating units (EGUs). EPA is approving this SIP revision in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
