Abstract
EPA is determining that the Metropolitan Washington, DC-MD-VA nonattainment area for the 1997 fine particle (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) has attained the 1997 PM<INF>2.5</INF> NAAQS.
