This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of pyridalyl in or on vegetables, leafy, except Brassica, group 4; Brassica, head and stem, subgroup 5A; vegetables, fruiting, group 8; mustard greens; and turnip greens. Valent U.S.A. Corporation and the International Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
