Pursuant to section 112(l) of the Clean Air Act, States with approved programs may take delegation of the Administrator's authorities and responsibilities to implement and enforce the emission standards and other requirements for hazardous air pollutants subject to this section. The delegation status of each State is published in the rules implementing section 112(l). EPA is taking this action to accomplish the following: correct a sequential numbering error in regulations that failed to reserve space for the alphabetical listing of the State of Florida; reserve space for the State of Florida; and, add delegation information for the States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
