Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the North Coast Unified Air Quality Management District (NCUAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). Under authority of the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act), we are approving local rules that address particulate matter (PM-10) emissions from general sources, fugitive sources, and open burning and volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from petroleum loading and storage.
