This regulation establishes tolerances for combined residues of indoxacarb and its metabolites and degradates, to be determined by measuring only indoxacarb and its R-enantiomer, in or on beet, garden, roots; beet, garden, tops; and bushberry subgroup 13-07B. Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
