This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of carbonic acid, diethyl ester, polymer with [alpha]-hydro-[omega]-hydroxypoly[oxy(methyl-1,2-ethanediyl)] ether with 2-ethyl-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol (3:1), ester with [alpha]-[[[[5-(carboxyamino)-1,3,3- trimethylcyclohexyl]methyl]amino]carbonyl]-[omega]-methoxypoly(oxy-1,2- ethanediyl), when used as an inert ingredient in a pesticide chemical formulation under 40 CFR 180.960. BASF Corporation submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of carbonic acid, diethyl ester, polymer with [alpha]- hydro-[omega]-hydroxypoly[oxy(methyl-1,2-ethanediyl)] ether with 2- ethyl-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol (3:1), ester with [alpha]- [[[[5-(carboxyamino)-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexyl]methyl]amino]carbonyl]- [omega]-methoxypoly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl), on food or feed commodities.
